OR MORE SO YOU CAN RECIEVE AN ACCURATE SHIPPING COST ! Motors may be shipped direct from the manufacturers nearest warehouse direct to you. We also drop ship products from our vendors direct to you to save shipping time. Orders shipped next day air on Friday will be delivered on Monday. If you want Saturday delivery, you must call us to specify Next Day Air Saturday, there is an additional fee charged by the package delivery company for this service and it is not available in all areas. 2nd Day Air shipment Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Packages shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Orders shipped 3 day ground will be delivered on the 3rd business day. All orders are charged Shipping & Handling with standard ground transportation unless specified differently. It is the customers responsibility to inspect all packages for damages prior to signing the shipping receipt. If you receive a damaged item you should refuse delivery. Remember that by signing the Shipping Bill you are certifying that all items are in good condition. We recommend that you thoroughly inspect the product for any hidden damage before the driver leaves. Most orders should be shipped out within 24 hours upon receipt of your credit approved order. If Service Tech LLC shipped the incorrect part our Policy is very simple. You the customer should call us right away and Service Tech LLC will immediately ship the correct part. Service Tech LLC will not refund any money but will provide the correct part. If the customer ordered the wrong part Service Tech LLC will only issue a store credit. If Service Tech LLC authorizes the return then all returned items are subject to a 50% restocking charge.
Any product you wish to return, must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Any item returned without a RMA will not be issued a credit. You must have your invoice. All returns must be returned within 20 days of purchase and are subject to a 30% to 40% restocking fee. Service Tech LLC retains the right to refuse any return. Be sure to inspect the package for damage. Any item returned that is damaged will not be issued credit. If you are unsure if a particular product will fit your application call us we will be glad to assist you in your selection. Shipping charges incurred to deliver the product to you will not be refunded. All material must be returned prepaid shipping in the original carton. Any product we special order for you may not be returned. Electrical products being returned must be in new condition, not used. Electrical motors with set screw marks on the shaft may not be returned for credit, as we can no longer sell them for new as they have been installed. Electrical items that have had power applied to them may not be returned. Motors that have been modified may not be returned. Modified means, but not limited to, cutting the shaft, cutting the wires or plug, bolt marks on base,cutting through bolts, etc. Service Tech LLC is not responsible for any lost or damages in return shipment. Service Tech LLC reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is not in new, un-used and resellable condition.
We urge you to carefully select your product to be sure it is what you need for your particular application. If in doubt call us, we will be happy to assist you in your selection. Any damaged or missing items must be reported to Service Tech LLC within 20 days of merchandise receipt. UPS or any of the shipping companies will not honor any claims over 30 days.
All products come with their own respective manufacturers factory warranty & are subject to those manufacturers policies & procedures. Most Warranties only apply to manufacturing defects. All products must be returned to Service Tech LLC for warranty inspection. The product must be returned in original packaging at the purchasers expense. Our warranty department will determine if the problem is a warranty. The product may be replaced or repaired. Please save your receipt, as it is required in order for us to process the warranty. It is the buyers responsibility to retain the receipt. Products that Fail after 30 Days from date of purchase and Under Warranty and need to be Replaced will be shipped at customers expense.
